Marcus Stafford

Marcus has worked in technology since the early 80's in a diversity of roles from sales, support, systems analysis and executive search for start-up companies in the dot.com boom. He has gained a deep understanding of the needs of business and the impact of technology from designing and implementing sophisticated IT systems in both start-ups and established firms.

Marcus has recruited key personnel for some of the best known names in the technology world at director and CEO level as well as founding and selling his own executive recruitment business.

This experience means Marcus can talk on level terms with business owners about what will work for their business and how best to implement it.  He has a wealth of experience in developing and customising the Joomla! content management system and has now launched the Joomla! User Group Norwich in order to spread the word further.

Marcus consults for many technology firms across Europe and is in demand for speaking about  technology at both public and private events.

Keri Lambden

After successfully obtaining a first degree in Visual Studies at Norwich University College of the Arts; Keri first set up in business as a dance and events producer, making educational material for schools throughout the Eastern region.

With a background in dance, filmmaking, animation and conceptual design Keri unfolded into designing digital concepts for the a variety of industries working with some well known brands.

Keris design work has seen inventive new ways of viewing information that is useable, entertaining and right for the individual or business it is conjoined to.

Glenda Shepherdson

Glenda is our Office Manager and looks after the team by making sure our biscuit and toy cupboards are stocked, we have enough green tea bags and that clients get their invoices on time. She previously worked as a P.A. at Director level for a Big & Popular oil company in London and dealt with very important people around the world including heads of state, prime ministers and web designers.

Now she works with Wintercorn she has the same important job, but hasn't got to do battle with the underground every day.
