Security Of Your Data

We take the security of our clients data very seriously. Our intranet is password protected and encrypted, client passwords are encrypted before storage, our backups are encrypted, FTP accounts use encryption so that usernames and passwords are not sent as clear text and we monitor access to all sensitive areas at all times.

After a project is complete, we shred all paperwork containing any client information or identifying details of any kind. The only paper we keep regarding clients is securely stored off-site.

Where possible, Skype is used to communicate usernames and passwords with clients.
