Freelance technical developer, potential partner

Whilst we can manage most development work in house, we have an increasing need for a motivated and flexible developer who can work with us as part of our team.

Our company is uniquely structured as a freelance team and we share the profits of each project whilst building a brand and a framework for growth. We have high quality clients, interesting projects, revenue is growing and when our product range is fully launched we will have a good, long-term income stream.

We have great ideas, ambitious plans and excellent prospects for the future.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is maybe working freelance as a coder/developer but wants to work with others in an office and share the marketing and admin support we have.  You can still work on your own projects as well.

The work will include working with existing and new clients, custom coding in php/mysql and developing our in-house projects. We have business development and graphic design areas already.

If it goes well, we would expect the right person to be a shareholder and director within a short while, say 6 months or so.

Maybe you are running your own one-man firm and like to work with other people? Or you could be looking for something to do alongside your own work? Either way, we should talk.

This is not a salaried position, so if you're looking for a safe job with pension and benefits it's not for you.

Our office is based in Central Norwich and as many of our clients are based in London, we have tentative plans for an office there as and when we can devote the time to develop it.

Please contact us with contact details and examples of your work.

Internships

How about joining a company that will help you to apply your skills in an interesting, creative, smart, well-run web design agency who won't just get you to make the tea?

We are looking for a summer intern who can take one of our projects and make it their own. You'll be responsible for whatever you feel you can take on - coding, marketing, design, testing, analysis and everything that makes a new website tick.

You will have a genuine desire to get stuck into the world of web work, do something positive and interesting, make great things, fix broken things and take responsibility.

Sounds like your kind of gig?

Please contact us with contact details and examples of your creative/coding/whatever work.
